1. Scope and Disclaimer (Terms of Use)
1.1 The information, data, and materials on this website are provided for informational purposes. While we strive to ensure accuracy, we do not warrant that all information is error-free. You are advised to verify critical information (such as pricing and availability) directly with us before making a booking decision.
1.2 By accessing or using this Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility and Responsibilities
2.1 You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement.
2.2 If you make bookings or payments on behalf of others, you agree to inform those travelers of these Terms and all applicable rules and restrictions. You are financially responsible for all use of the Website under your account or control.
2.3 You warrant that all information provided by you or on your behalf is true, current, complete, and accurate, and that the traveler is not an unaccompanied minor.
3. Your Booking Contract
3.1 The Lead Name on the booking confirms that they have the authority to accept these Terms on behalf of all participants.
3.2 Once RedGate receives your booking request and applicable payments, and the requested arrangements are available, we will issue a Confirmation Invoice. A legally binding contract between you and RedGate is formed when our Confirmation Invoice is successfully delivered to the email address provided by the Lead Name or your travel agent.
3.3 Please check all details carefully upon receiving your confirmation/invoice. In case of any discrepancies, contact RedGate or your travel agent immediately, as changes may not be possible later.
4. Website Accuracy
We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of information and pricing. However, in the event of a manifest (obvious) error in pricing or service description, Clause 8 shall apply.
5. Passports, Visas, Health, and Travel Documents
5.1 You are responsible for ensuring that all travelers possess valid passports, visas, and health documentation prior to departure. Requirements may change, and you must check in good time.
5.2 RedGate may assist with visa applications, but we are not responsible for any delay, clarification, or rejection by embassies or authorities.
6. Insurance
6.1 Adequate travel insurance is strongly recommended. It is your responsibility to ensure that your coverage meets your personal needs. RedGate shall not be liable for any loss or damage that could have been covered by proper insurance.
7. Prices and Payment
7.1 Payment Schedule The payment schedule (including the amount and due date for any deposit and the final balance) will be clearly specified in the booking confirmation or invoice we provide to you. You agree to pay according to the schedule outlined in that final confirmation document. Failure to pay any amount by its due date may be treated as a cancellation of your booking, and cancellation charges will be applied as set forth in Clause 10.
7.2 We accept payment via credit card, debit card, bank transfer, and online banking.
7.3 Convenience Fees apply to all payments made after the booking date, except direct bank transfers. We reserve the right to withdraw same-day payment waivers.
7.4 Anti-Fraud Verification: To protect against fraud, we may request additional verification for certain transactions, based on reasonable indicators of risk (e.g., mismatch between booking location and cardholder country). In such cases, we may require information to verify your identity and payment method. All such information requests will be conducted in a secure manner, and data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Failure to provide reasonably requested verification may result in the cancellation of your booking.
8. Price Adjustments and Errors
If a manifest error in pricing or a significant inaccuracy in a service description is discovered, we will notify you promptly. You will have the option to either: (a) accept the corrected price/information and proceed with the booking; or (b) cancel the booking without penalty and receive a full refund of any monies paid. We reserve the right to withdraw any offer based on a manifest error.
9. Changes to Your Booking
9.1 If you wish to change your booking after confirmation, we will do our best to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee success. Only the Lead Name or authorized agent may request changes.
9.2 The closer to departure, the higher the potential costs. Some arrangements cannot be amended once confirmed and may incur up to 100% cancellation charges.
9.3 Only one change of departure date is permitted per booking; further changes are treated as cancellations.
10. Cancellations by You
10.1 You or any member of your party may cancel at any time. Notification must be sent in writing (email, fax, or letter) by the Lead Name or agent.
10.2 If your insurance covers cancellation reasons, you may claim reimbursement directly from your insurer.
10.3 Cancellation Fees Cancellation fees vary depending on the specific travel arrangements booked, as different suppliers (such as hotels, airlines, and tour operators) have their own cancellation policies. The applicable cancellation fee schedule for your booking will be communicated to you prior to confirmation and will be explicitly stated in your booking confirmation or invoice. By proceeding with the booking, you agree to the cancellation terms associated with your selected services.
10.4 If only part of the group cancels, we will recalculate costs for remaining travelers (e.g., single room supplements). Any higher supplier charges may be passed on to you.
11. Changes or Cancellations by Us
11.1 We reserve the right to correct errors, make changes, or cancel confirmed bookings when necessary.
11.2 In the event of a Major Change or Cancellation, you will be notified promptly and offered the following options:
- Accept the changed arrangements; or

12. Refunds
12.1 Refunds are generally processed within 3–7 working days, but may take up to 21 working days depending on the payment method.
12.2 Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method. If not possible, refunds may be made to the payer’s verified bank account after KYC verification (7–15 days).
12.3 Cross-currency refunds are not supported; refunds must be in the same currency as the payment.
13. Flights and Transportation
13.1 Carriers, aircraft type, and flight timings shown at booking are for guidance only. Actual details appear on your tickets, which should be checked immediately upon receipt.
13.2 Flight schedule or carrier changes do not entitle you to free cancellation or alteration unless airline policies apply.
13.3 RedGate acts solely as a Destination Management Company (DMC) and is not an agent of any carrier; each carrier remains solely responsible for its transportation service.
14. Conduct
14.1 You and your party must comply with local laws and conduct responsibly during your trip.
